Founded in 2007, ADVANTIS entered the workforce solutions industry with a singular focus: to adapt the traditional consultative model to match the demands of a rapidly evolving IT marketplace. Leveraging a leadership team with a combined 50+ years of industry experience, our goal has been both simple and singular from the start: to create an unrivaled customer experience matched only by our emphasis on quality and speed to market.
Our history of success has been well documented, to include recognition from SIA as the 7th fastest growing staffing firm in the U.S. As our service offerings have expanded, so has our national presence. Though we have not forgot our humble beginnings in San Francisco, we have since expanded our adaptive services to multiple markets across the U.S. Our vision, much like our origins, remains singular: continue to bring our industry leading expertise and customer experience to an ever expanding consultant and client base.

Meet The Team
Vice President Sales & Business Development
As VP of Sales and Business Development, Hayden Pruitt leads all strategic efforts to ensure ADVANTIS is consistently superseding its organizational goals. Hayden joined the ADVANTIS team as Director of Business Development and was quickly promoted into the role he’s now held since 2010. As much as current sales operations across the U.S. command his focus, Hayden also drives the Company’s extensive customer experience initiatives, as well as all new market expansion efforts. Originally from a small town in central California, Hayden graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a double major in Law & Society and Political Science. In his free time, he loves to spend time outdoors whether it be biking, mountaineering, or trekking the world. He’s just returned from an expedition to Antarctica and has his sights set on conquering a new continent soon.
Vice President, Finance & Operations
As VP of Finance and Operations, Randi Haaker leads all back office operations to ensure that ADVANTIS is achieving organizational efficiency and maintaining a strong financial position for strategic expansion. In her role, Randi oversees the Human Resources, Operations and Finance Departments ensuring compliance and consistently improving organizational procedures. Randi joined ADVANTIS in 2009 and held positions as Payroll and Financial Systems Manager and Director of Finance before being promoted to her current role as VP in 2015. While managing daily operations and ensuring financial strength occupy much of Randi’s time, she is constantly implementing new processes to improve efficiency and generating forecasts to help guide organizational strategic decision making. Originally from Sacramento, California, Randi holds a degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis and has over 12 years of experience in compliance, finance and accounting. In her free time, Randi enjoys baking, watching crime dramas and taking her American Bulldog, Layla, out to explore the Virginia country side.
Director Business Operations
As Director of Business Operations, Jon Barbato is responsible for Strategic Management as well as ensuring Operational Efficiency in both San Francisco and San Jose to include personnel management, market strategy, sales leadership, training & development, and contract negotiations. Jon joined the ADVANTIS team as the Sales Manager of the San Francisco office, and was promoted to the DBO role in San Jose shortly after the office had opened. In recent years, he’s taken on the DBO role of both Bay Area offices. His ultimate objective is to provide direction, oversight and support to enable each office to reach their growth goals, while allowing for personal and professional growth of the team members. Jon graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BS in Business Administration. He is a huge fan of all sports, specifically baseball, basketball and football, and he lives in Burlingame with his wife. They both love to travel, having gone to Australia this past October and they’re planning to go to Ireland, Scotland, and Iceland later this year.
Head of Culture
As Head of Culture, Liz Reynolds is responsible for developing and managing the company culture at ADVANTIS. Liz’s job is to create a productive and collaborative work environment that supports our employees’ success. Liz’s professional background has been focused on internal communications, employer branding and corporate culture. Originally from Los Angeles, she graduated from Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, TX, with a major in Cinema-Television. Outside of the office, Liz enjoys exploring the restaurant scene in San Francisco and spending time with the people that mean the most!
As Sales Manager of our Headquarter office in the heart of San Francisco, Matisse Frazier leads our tenacious team of Account Managers, who support clients ranging from the Peninsula, the East Bay, to downtown San Francisco, and into the North Bay. Matisse’s primary goal is to provide the best support and training to our Sales Team, to ensure a long and prosperous career for every individual. This entails spending time with our clients, conducting weekly reviews, and overall day-to-day support. Matisse joined the ADVANTIS team as a Recruiter in San Jose, quickly moving into Account Management to support Cisco Systems, and was eventually promoted into Sales Manager to help lead our SF office to new heights. Born and raised in Seattle, Matisse is a true Pacific Northwestern who loves the rain, exploring the outdoors, and watching the Seahawks dominate! Matisse graduated from the University of Oregon (Go DUCKS!) with a degree in Political Science and minor in Business Administration. Recently becoming an Aunt, Matisse spends most of her free time with her sisters and nephew, Mason. She also enjoys practicing Kundalini Yoga, watching live music, and reading.
As Delivery Manager of the San Francisco office, Kitty Cabral provides guidance to the team of IT Recruiters assisting them in full lifecycle recruiting, professional development and career advancement. Kitty joined the ADVANTIS team as a Delivery Manager with a background in recruiting and sales marketing. Originally from Los Gatos California, Kitty graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Hospitality and Event Management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling in search of the world’s best beaches, watching rom-coms and is an avid pizza lover!
As the Sales Manager of the San Jose Office, Kelsey McGlynn strives to create a positive environment where she coaches her salespeople to achieve their fullest potential in alignment with ADVANTIS’ mission and core values. Originally from Philadelphia, Kelsey graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a double major in Honors English and Writing. New to the Bay Area, Kelsey spends most of her free time adventuring outdoors with a cross-country copilot, her dog, Lucy.
As Delivery Manager, Kyle Dover provides strategic direction and fosters career growth of the IT Recruiters in the San Jose office. Kyle joined ADVANTIS as a Delivery Manager after a successful start to his career in the staffing industry as a Professional and Lead Recruiter where he focused on mentorship of younger recruiters as well as filling high level technical requirements for Fortune 100 clients. Kyle is also focused on the development and implementation of the Professional Recruiting program for ADVANTIS. Originally from Sonoma County California, Kyle Graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration concentrating on both Operations Management and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys going to San Francisco Giants games, playing golf, rooting for the Oregon Ducks and participating in triathlons. Kyle just completed his first triathlon in Santa Cruz and has his sights set onanother one next year along with completing his first Tough Mudder.
As the Sales Manager for the Chicago office, Kim Thomas is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the office as well as leading and executing the local sales and new business development strategies. She also manages her own book of business and believes in leading by example for her team. Kim joined the ADVANTIS team as an entry level IT Recruiter for the San Francisco office in the beginning of 2012. She was promoted a couple months later to Account Manager and then again to Sales Manager near the end of 2013, with the opportunity to move to Chicago to launch a new market. Kim is originally from a small town in Northern California and attended the University of California, Davis where she graduated with a dual Bachelors in Organizational Sociology and Communications. She currently enjoys spending her free time taking advantage of all the wonderful activities her new home has to offer, including a plethora of top rated restaurants, concerts, and networking events.
As Delivery Manager, Branden Luna manages the recruiting team for the Chicago office and dedicates his time to the continued growth of one of ADVANTIS Global’s newest markets. Branden joined the ADVANTIS team as a Technical Recruiter and has been promoted twice in the short time he has been with the company. Branden exemplifies the organic growth model ADVANTIS adheres to and the professionalism ADVANTIS promotes! Branden’s other responsibilities as Delivery Manager include training internal employees, building out and implementing new strategies for the company, and most importantly, leading by example. Branden is a born and bred Chicagoan with a degree from the University of Kansas in Liberal Arts and Sciences. He is a big fan of the Chicago sports teams and in his free time, when he is not in the office, Branden DJ’s the home games for the Chicago Bears!
As Corporate Trainer, Mike Palia manages the recruiting training program across all offices for ADVANTIS. Mike joined the ADVANTIS team as a Recruiter in San Francisco and had the unique opportunity to move to Chicago and help launch a new market. Since then, Mike has been elevated to his current role that he’s now held for over one year continuing to refine, develop and shape the core program responsible for training all new hires the ADVANTIS recruiting way. Originally from Danville, Mike graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and also earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas, Austin. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, exploring the fabulous Chicago restaurant scene and playing Uncle to his nieces and nephews.
Corporate Recruiting Manager
As Corporate Recruiting Manager, Jennifer Derr leads and manages the strategic initiatives for the internal recruiting/hiring efforts for the entire Company. Jennifer joined the ADVANTIS team as a Corporate Recruiter and was promoted into management soon therafter. She focuses her time on building out the corporate recruiting team and works closely with internal hiring managers to assist with recruiting efforts. Jennifer is from a small town in North Idaho and graduated with a degree in Business Management from Lewis-Clark State College. After college she moved to San Jose, California where she spent 7 + years as a Sr. Account Manager and helped staff the world’s largest Networking Company. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, quilting, real estate and cooking.
