Employee Portal

Advantis is going green & you can too! Advantis offers an employee portal which will allow you to access a number of great features, including all of the following:

  • Manage your contact information
  • View your pay history
  • Access to your paystubs
  • Enroll & update your direct deposit information
  • Complete your W4 form and Update your W4 form

Additionally, W2s can be delivered electronically and are available thru our employee portal. You will have the option to receive your W2 via the USPS or electronically to a specified e-mail address.

Direct Deposit

To enroll in direct deposit or to make a change to an existing direct deposit account, please login to the employee portal.

Start direct deposit in 2 easy steps!:

  1. Login to the employee portal and select the Direct Deposit icon.
  2. Complete the direct deposit online form with your desired information. Once you have verified that the data you entered is correct, select Submit.
