To upgrade their tech, they needed help replacing every server in their retail store locations across North America within 6 months.
This was a large project with a short timeline, but we made it happen. We placed over 500 employees and contractors across North America to make 2,200 server replacements. All work was to be completed during off-store hours after closing. The project also required delivered status pictures of each server room prior to project start, during the project, and post-project stages.
